      <description>&lt;P&gt;been seller for almost 7 years and honestly went above and beyond treating every buyer as i would like to be treated myself, however now and then they will always be a buyer who will leave you negative feedback 2 month after receiving item and no complains ....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;buyers can do what ever they wont, wear clothes and return it back stinky and demaged, claim that they did not received it while there is a clear proof of delivery, as for refund of postage because they belive that you charge them extra 20 pence .....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what about seller protection?!?! no one protect sellers, buyer is always right end of story.... so sick and tired of that&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;There is seller protection to a degree.&amp;nbsp; You mention - for example - claiming not received.&amp;nbsp; If the buyer opens&amp;nbsp;s case [as he must] then it is a simple job to input the tracking showing delivery and you will win the case.&amp;nbsp; In no way start arguing or even discussing the matter with the buyer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;If a buyer does not pay then after 2 days they can open a case and close after 4 days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;It is true that aggrieved&amp;nbsp;buyers can take sellers for a ride and go down the "not as described" route and there is little that can be done.&amp;nbsp; The only thing which "may" help is to offer [as a private seller] to give returns for any reason where the buyer pays the postage and also to write incredibly detailed descriptions listing all the good points, the exact sizing for clothes and the bad points.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;To prevent "20p to much for postage" moans simply list "Post Free" [included in the price]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
