Click and Collect Option Unavailable?

I bought 5 CD's from a seller and each original listing had the option to C&C. The seller has invoiced me and there is no C&C option available and the seller doesn't know why?

If you asked for combined P&P, you can't have items sent to click & collect.

They would have to posted individually, so 5 postage costs.

click & collect only works for single items,

if you want combined postage it has to come to your address,
