Having taken a look at the listing from the pics you included it looks metallic to me, it's shiny.

Your listing doesn't say what it's made of so the buyer has gone by what they see in the pics.

Buyer left negative feedback after the item she bought arrived and it wasn't made of metal only plastic All these parts are genuine and are all made from plastic she just assumed it was metal and bought without checking first. Nowhere in my listing do I mention the word metal.

The feedback she left makes it look like I was trying to defraud her.

Your listing shows an item that is bright and shiny. It certainly isn't black.

If your buyer received a black item, you can't be surprised that is isn't what your buyer expected.

EBay won't remove this feedback. You need to try to resolve this with your buyer, then if successful you can send her a request to revise their feedback:

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/leaving-feedback-buyers/disputing-feedback-received?id=4102#section2

If she wants a refund, the best way to do this is to ask her to open a case under eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre.

This won't count against your seller performance rating, provided you click on the option to refund the buyer on return.

EBay will give you the option to purchase and send send the buyer a prepaid return label. When it's returned eBay will process the refund, and you will receive a credit for your final value fee. (PayPal fees are no longer returnable.)

Don't try to refund the buyer without following eBay's procedures. At the very least you wouldn't get any return of fees, and eBay may class this as a seller-initiated cancellation, and place a defect on your account.
