    <description>Finally received the refund via ebay who stepped in and then an apologetic message from the seller who said that the person who picked up the record didn't tell them that it had been returned and they had no way of identifying it as a returned item when I sent it to them. Nonsense! It had my name and address and it shouldn't be too difficult to identify it as a returned item given that they have a list of items they've sold AND I had already informed them that I was returning it for a refund since it was warped like a flowerpot on arrival. Anyway a satisfactory end to an unsatisfactory trade with EIL.com or Esprit International Limited. The amount of time and effort, phone calls and emails it took to get my refund should act as a warning to others!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have material evidence that a seller has received a returned item over 3 weeks ago and has still not refunded me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't get through to anyone in customer service and seller is denying having received the item even though the tracked item has been delivered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When will ebay step in a refund the item?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you added the Tracking to the Case and asked Ebay to Step In?  You need to do so between 9 and 21 days.</description>
