&lt;P&gt;It is called feedback extortion, and yes you can and should report it.&amp;nbsp; Use the Help &amp;amp; Contact tab above to find CS 's LIve Chat option as phone lines are down.&amp;nbsp; It opens between 8 a.m. and 10 pm today.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you oepned the relevant case in the Resolution Centre for your full refund?&amp;nbsp; Do so now,&amp;nbsp; and be aware you will then be inundated with requests to close the case early with all sorts of promises and pleas.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ignore them all,&amp;nbsp; let the case run the full 8 days,&amp;nbsp; and if not resolved in that time,&amp;nbsp; you must escalate on days 9 - 21,&amp;nbsp; eBay step in,&amp;nbsp; force the refund,&amp;nbsp; seller&amp;nbsp; pays a seller fee,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;and gains a damaging defect on their account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Chinese Sellers make all sorts of desperate pleas. Only problem is they rarely carry out what they promise. I would leave the Feedback. Is there as a Warning to other Buyers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks guys. Shouldn’t be allowed to sell !!! Now this isn’t about the £7:99 refund it’s about the blackmail side, is m going to all do the can regarding this to stop anybody else getting caught out.</description>
