(My fault completely trying to multi task looking after a whingey toddler at the same time)<BR /><BR />As such I paid £1.15 for the packaging label.<BR />I've taken it to the post office and it's been posted.<BR /><BR />It then occurred to me that I hadn't inputted anywhere the weight of the package. I've done a bit of rechecking and have realised my error.<BR /><BR />I'm now worried that the buyers are now going to have to pay (Again) for the difference between what I paid for delivery vs the actual cost of delivery.<BR /><BR />It's made me really upset to think that this is going to happen, so I am considering contacting the buyers and refunding them the whole p&amp;p before this happens. Then if they have to pay the difference to receive the package it should hopefully be covered by the amount I've refunded them?<BR /><BR />Thoughts? Please be kind I know I'm an idiot!! Bear in mind that Royal mail charge a minimum of £1 on top of the extra postage for the inconvenience of redelivery so you would have to refund more than the £1.15 you've charged your buyer.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Why not send an apologetic message to your buyer and ask them to let you know when they receive the card through the door, and how much extra there is to pay, and go from there?
