Someone keeps putting a high bid in for one of my items from Hong Kong, even though I have said no international delivery, then not paying. Ebay are still hiding behind covid 19 so can't get in touch. Is there anything I can do?

They can Bid but they cannot Pay as your Postage is set to UK Only. Just Cancel their Bids.

You cannot write No PayPal on your Listing. All EBay Sellers have to Accept PayPal.

You also need to Upgrade your Postage to Special Delivery. First Class only covers you up to £20.00 if the Watch is lost or damaged in Transit.

each time the watch is won and they don't pay you have fees to pay unless you follow the unpaid procedure.
