bought wrong postage how do i cancel and buy another

I have used ebay parcel link for the 1st time and have ended up buying the wrong

delivery i wanted myhermes and ended up with royal mail can anyone help me

cancel royal mail so i can book the courier. I have tried to find the postage label

and cannot locate it, and i tried booking the courier and it wont let me.

Go to My eBay and click Sell on the left side of the page. Click on Postage Labels, find the label and select Refund from the Actions column on the right.

thankyou peaseblossom for your answer on the postage i have done as you said and it is not showing up, i have just been on my paypal account and its showing the amount paid for the royal mail has been taken out is it best just to ring ebay themselves and see if they can sort it.
