If you marked the item as dispatched, and uploaded the tracking number, you may be able to get this neg removed by customer support if the tracking record confirms delivery. Especially if the buyer left this feedback before the latest estimated delivery date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Before contacting customer support, check the tracking record. If it's been delivered, your impatient and inexperienced buyer may be willing to change it themselves if you&amp;nbsp;send them a feedback revision request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
