0 feedback buyer?

Hi, Sold a £100+ handbag to buyer who has 0 feedback and opened their account the day before. They paid with PayPal and the addresses / names check out but I'm nervous to send with so many scammers out there. I've messaged buyer to let them know it's on way and asking them to let me know that they've received okay but had no reply. Can anyone advise? Cheers

So it sounds like you're already sent it. Personally I wouldn't contact buyers in that way. Least said the better with most buyers.

If you haven't sent it and you're worried about the address you could cancel the transaction. Go to More Actions, far right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address. The refund is automatic.

Not worried about address, that seems to check out, just worried that it could possibly be a scammer with such new account and no feedback?

We all started as newbies.

I hope you didn't send as normal post as you listed, items over £50 must be special delivery or RM won't compensate you if there is a problem.

Suggest you check www.royalmail.com for correct postal services.

Thanks, have checked out as much as possible and seems legit. Will send packlink insured rather than RM. Was leaving on my way to PO when I discovered 0 feedback and scared myself with tales on internet. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it. 🙏
