Negative feedback removed!!

Does anyone else get frustrated with negative feedback being removed?!
I very rarely leave negative feedback and it’s only when a seller really has caused issues, I’d usually just rather leave nothing but anytime I do the seller gets it’s removed so what is the point?!
I’ve even contacted eBay who have confirmed I was right to leave it and it shouldn’t have been removed. I shouldn’t let it bother me but I’m so annoyed 😠

it could be what your comment said or, as it now seems, because a case was not opened.

I’m always careful to be factual buts it’s difficult with so few characters allowed!
The last one was someone who sent a message after I paid to say that they would not post during lockdown. This was the beginning of April! We had no idea how long lockdown would be.
I asked if I could have my money back until she was willing to post then which she did (I wasn’t going to pay for something I had no idea when was coming in case of any issues further down the line). Then when lockdown was eased she refused to honour the sale. So my feedback said refused to post initially then refused to honour sale!

The last time I did it was someone who cancelled the sale for absolutely no reason at all and that’s exactly what the feedback said

If you don't tell us what you said, how can we suggest why it was removed?

Don't place too much trust in what eBay told you. Customer support often gives incorrect advice - or appears to tell you what you want to hear, to get you off the line!
