eBay don't like seller who refuse to honour a transaction and if the buyer decides to report the false positive you left them eBay will take action as they look upon it as serious feedback abuse..

Nothing in feedback ebay will remove.

according to buyer you refused to post as didn't sell for enough, is that true?

there is nothing in that feedback to warrant removal

you refused to sell, so you deserved the negative feedback

You seem to have answered your own question.

If you were unwilling to complete the sale because it didn't reach the item you hoped for, the fault is entitrely yours. The feedback the buyer left for you is not removable.

The "false positive" feedback you left for the buyer is, if they report you to eBay for feedback policy violation.

Next time, you need to start the item at the lowest price you would be willing to accept.

What is unfair about that feedback? You decided the start price so you only have yourself to blame, ebay arn't going to remove it! Now any one seeing that you don't honour sales will think twice about bidding.

What would you think of a seller who refused to honour a sale to you because you were getting it too cheaply?

no I had a full conversation about what happened to the buyer and he was full of understanding. I did not know my son was going to sell these until he came down the stairs with them. I was actually hurt because he wanted to sell them as I got him them and they were expensive. so I said to him if you want to sell them then sell them for what their worth. The buyer only left me negative feedback because he didn't get an expensive item for £2.30. Isnt that being taking advantage of and isn't that saying im wrong to put them up for what their worth. It was painful enough that my son wanted to sell them. Its less painful if he got a more decent price for them. Who ever reads this wouldn't you want to protect your children from being taking advantage of. If I sold them their would be no way I would start them that low as I paid for them.

Sorry, but it is your account,
are you saying your underage son listed them on your account?
If you wanted more money, you should have started at higher price.
If you think buyer will change feedback, sort problem with them & send feedback revision request, but going by negative feedback seems unlikely.
