&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Only UK business selelrs need to give "refunds" which are for "change of mind" or "does not fit". All sellers must deal with "not as described"&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;In either case you simply go - within 30 days - to the resolution centre [link below] and open a "not as described" case and the seller will send a label to return the item and refund when you do. If not then you "escalate" the case to eBay after 7 full days. The same goes for a business return but you pay postage.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
