Royal Mail postage label refund

Hello, I paid for the wrong size label and the post office refused it, I have paid for another one in the PO and now need to cancel the e-bay royal mail label, help notes say it needs to be voided, but does not say how?

Also seem,s like ebay are not letting me e-mail for help, all screens point you back to FAQ which do not answer my question, hugely annoying!!

Go to My eBay and click Sell on the left side of the page. Click on Postage Labels, find the label and select Refund from the Actions column on the right.

Thank you very much, shame ebay couldnt be bothered to write that bit in the help section.
