RELISTED ITEMS NOT DISAPPEARING ?

Hi Folks!

Annoying technical problem. You know when you relist an unsold item....refresh the page and it's now listed again and vanished from your unsold list.

Well this happens with all the accounts I run for my family and has done for donkeys years, except on this one account. They stay put as 'relisted' in the unsold section, but don't vanish?.

Nearly 10 years I've been altering my setting and hoping to find out why...anyone???

Sounds normal to me. Are you using the seller hub, relisted items always need deleting manually. If not using the seller hub, then perhaps ebay have changed it to bring it into line.

Thanks for your response, but all the accounts I have are set up exactly the same (it seems)and this is the only account where I have to manually delete the relisted items
