&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;That is rubbish.&amp;nbsp; If something is wrong then you must "open a case" in the resolution centre [link below] for "not as described" [not "return"].&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Did you do that?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;If so then the seller sends you a label [post paid] to return and when you do so refunds through the case.&amp;nbsp; The label has tracking so that eBay can see what's happening.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You must use the resolution centre;&lt;/STRONG&gt; the seller does not have to "agree" to anything.&amp;nbsp; If you simply sent it back [as it sounds if you paid postage] then you may not even get your money back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you changed your mind and seller accepts returns, you have to pay tracked postage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I returning it because it is not as described. EBay has instructed for the buyer to pay for all returns now which is a wicked thing to do given the item was free post to recieve. The seller has agreed to recieve it being an ashole about refunding my money despite the fact he has signed for the item this morning . He is ingoring my messages. I need eBay number where I actually get through to work to someone.i think eBay is takinh advantge if the lockdown situation</description>
