How to Issue a Partial Refund for Excess Postage?

eBay has extended its Free-Courier-Collection under Packlink for another month. However, that was unknown to me when I updated my listings and postage policies on 31 May 2020.

As a goodwill gesture, I would like to refund the difference to my customer. There used to be an option under each sale, allowing you to Issue a Partial Refund. That's gone now. Please, does anyone know where that eBay function can be found now?

Log into your Paypal account and find the payment on the summary page. Click on it and you'll see the "Refund this payment" link. Click on that and on the next page change the amount to what you want to refund, click on Continue and then submit.

I was initially nervous about whether "Refund this payment" would refund the entire amount and could find nothing in either eBay's or PayPal's Help text for "Partial Refund".
