Hi have sold something on ebay but ticked the courier button instead of collection. Item sold but buyer cannot pay as the ebay system looking for the freight charge-courier. Can I change this?

you have to find out how much it will cost and send the buyer an invoice

It was a mistake I should have put collection only . Buyer does not want to pay for courier. He is local. Wondering if they can change it?

if the buyer is local and collecting the item you don't need to change anything,

he should be paying in cash when he collects the item

then once he has paid and taken it away, you mark the item as paid and dispatched.

the chat operators have never used ebay,

they read from scripts

if your problem isn't on their script, they don't know what to do.
