      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you use the quick Listing Tool then yes. They think that you want decisions made for you, but what harm does a Best Offer have. You don't have to accept any offers, but using BINs the offer will only be lower than the Price.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I much prefer Auction with BIN, I have had some very good offers, bearing in mind that the days of having competing bids have long since gone. If you want to be in control, use the Advanced Listing Tool or the Seller Hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
