I have sent negative feedback removal request to ebay but without checking properly my grounds of negative feedback removal person who gave decision acted according to my name as i am muslim so its wrong
But actually situation on 11th may is out of my control as Vodafone service is not working that day so its showing No service so I tried to help buyer to avoid further dispute,i requested him to wait only 24 hours as may be its blocked by someone so if its working in 24 hours you will pay & i will dispatch & its done
But your feedback removal officer acted against muslim like me as straight away refused to remove feedback so please please please remove negative feedback
Also this is pandemic situation & I don’t want any tension
Also why you removed my comments on feedback i left because he is Christian its not fair at all

Why do you think that any members faith or nationality has any bearing whatsoever on whether feedback is removed or not?

Whether feedback is removed or not is usually based on what you say in the feedback and sometimes what a seller has done to recify an issue.................. nothing to do with whether you are a Christian or Muslim.

The only possible advice that can be given as you are alleging race and creed discrimination is for you to get advice outside of eBay.

The discrimination you claim is actually a serious criminal offence.

If your Buyer opened and won an Item Not Received Case Ebay won't Remove the Negative Feedback.

You can send him a Feedback Revision Request from your Feedback Forum.

the feedback doesn't break any rules, so it won't be removed

From what I gather, the problem was that the Vodaphone service was now working, and your buyer thought - rightly or wrongly - that the phone was blocked.

Nothing in the buyer's feedback would qualify it for removal. This is for the two of you to sort out, if you can. Whether members are Muslim or a Christian is irrelevant.

If you can resolve the problem with the buyer, you can send them a feedback revision request.

We don't know enough about what happened to give further advice. If you want to ask a clearer question, please do so.

To add to the advice already given you need to upgrade your account to a business account. At the moment you are trading illegally with illegal T&Cs.
