multi-buy are fees reduced

Does anyone know if i use multi-buy are the fees less for the discounted items?

So at the moment if someone buys 2 items at the same time I pay 2 x the fee, if I add multi-buy and give 10% discount do I still pay the same 2 x the fee or is it discounted.

There is probably an explination somewhere but I cant find it.

you pay fee on total buyer pays you, so discounted price.
