How do I resolve this issue, I posted two items to the wrong address, got them the wrong way round.

Not sure how to resolve this issue. I put the wrong address on two packages and sent them. They now have each other's package. I have suggested they post to each other and I will pay the postage. But of one of them is saying, she will post it back to me and then I should send them recorded delivery to correct addresses.. if I do that there will be no profit and it will cost me more. Any ideas what to suggest? I explained it was a genuine mistake and apologised very nicely.

you cannot ask them to post to each other as that would break eBay rules and the Law.

You will have to get them back and report.

She is correct, you have no authority to disclose addresses. I am afraid that mistakes have to be paid for, that is a risk of selling on Ebay. The one thing is that it is a lesson that you will be unlikely to repeat.

Yes it seems that way🙄
Still waiting for the other person to let me know if they have received the wrong parcel. If they don’t tell me, it’s going to be worse 🤭Argggggg so stressful.
