Yes but it cannot be lowered below the highest current bid & will not change the amount you were charged for the initial reserve

Editing because just read that you can lower or remove the reserve as long as there are 12 hours left and no bidder has reached it! You learn something new every day! Sorry would never use these expesnive listing options. Would imagine it's still payable though !!

Also, if left and your reserve is not reached , you still pay a 4% non refundable fee of your set reserve, fee for using the reserve option, which is an optional listing upgrade.

It is the most expensive listing upgrade, don't use them,, simply list your items for the lowest amount you are happy to receive, that can act as a ' reserve' as you cannot receive a lower bid.

Yes you can change a reserve price, within limits.

Don't bother, you have paid a 4% fee, so why waste it. Let the auction finish then if not met and the highest bid is satisfactory you can make a Second Chance offer to the highest bidder.
