I bought an item listed as being sent from Manchester as I live within 30 miles of Manchester - there were many other identical items for sale from other sellers. Instead of being received within 2 weeks it has taken more than a month and the packaging shows clearly that it was imported. What can be done to ensure that the item location details are correct?

If the item location stated UK, many Chinese sellers do have depots here that is above board, but if it has a shorter delivery time on the listing took far longer , even with the Covid crisis taken into account, but with the tell tale Chinese stamp, then that is country misrepresenation and can be reported.

Go right hand side down the item, click on Report item,, select the 3 categoreis, there is on which then says country misrepresentation.

Thank you I have reported the misrepresentation. I tried to find the most local seller as the postal services are so busy and had the worst of both worlds with a UK price and Chinese delivery time!
