Question Re: Communication Preferences in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

In Member Communication both the Buyer question received and Member question received options are set to None and greyed-out so unable to change.

This means I get no email alert telling me that a question has been asked.

How can I get the option enabled so I can edit to Real-time???

What device are you using

If a computer

Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer

Restart your computer

If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome

Ebay does not support IE now

If a mobile then try ebay without the app and just use a browser

If the does not work try removing the app and then start download it again

Trial and error for some of these things

If you use the Seller Hub, there is in the heading of the Active Listings Page "Items with Questions".

Yes, I can see that I have Unanswered Questions in my Seller Hub (which surprised me as I got no email alerts), but when I click on Respond I just get a blank reply box - the original message text with question is not pulled through. So I know there is a question but cannot see it!
I've raised the issue with Ebay tech team as there looks to be a glitch since even they could not update my settings.

I tried clearing my cookies & cache and have tried used Chrome and Firefox on both my laptop and tablet devices but still the options are greyed-out. I've raised the issue with Ebay tech team as there looks to be a glitch since even they could not update my settings.
