To contact eBay, see Help & Con tact, top of page. Be patient - customer support is very limited during the coronavirus emergency.

The purpose of this board isn't just to tell you how to contact eBay. This is where some of eBay's most experienced members try to assist other members with their problems.

If you want to explain what's happened, someone will probably be able to advise you within minutes.

There is very little chance of speaking to eBay as their phones are closed [in Philippines] due to current situation.

You very rarely need to speak to eBay as the tools are there for you to use. It's simple and if you tell us the problem we can advise what to do.

It's very rare that people are "scammed" as there is a remedy
