Premium Service seller requirements - Postage

Hello.

I wonder if anybody knows which Royal Mail delivery option qualifies for: (1) free postage option with delivery within 3 working days; and (2) express postage option with delivery within 2 working days and cost less than £10.

Currently, I have set "Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel (2 to 3 working days)" for free as buyer's 1st option and "Royal Mail 1st Class Parcel (1 to 2 working days)" for £5 as buy'ers 2nd option.

But it has been suggested to make changes to such options to meet (1) and (2) above in Growth Recommendation.

Which Royal Mail delivery options meet these requirements?

Thank you for your suggestion.

Sadly, their minimum requirement of "1,000 items per year or over 20 parcels a week" for Royal Mail 24® and 48® seems too high for me.

But I will keep an eye on it. Appreciate your quick response!
