    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, re questions;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I didn't. 2nd class. which for "genuine" sellers I've found to be enough in 5 years....but obviously for someone selling something dodgy (it was hand sanitizer, it was almost bought as an experiment)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(why is this edit box so small?)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the option to escalate hasn't appeared, I just get "resolve issue" (which takes me to a screen which loops back on itself if I click another link)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ebay has removed the item so I can't leave feedback, the seller has also changed their ebay name. I'm sure theyve resold the items I sent back to them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;username maxxibb for ref.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;so ebay is useless. they have no contact option and their "links" just go round in a circle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;summary..............&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought item&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;item didn't correspond to description&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned item&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no refund received so far after 2 weeks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;item has since been removed by ebay, so cannot leave feedback (that's an awesome little website BUG)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm pretty sure the seller has received my returned items, and relisted them to make twice the profit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;seller has changed their ebay handle since I bought the item (they are now "maxxibb") - so thats "interesting"...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no way of contacting ebay. no response from seller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there are absolutely no links on ebay, anywhere, to take any action.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;current ebay return status:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Status: You requested a return and the seller should respond soon.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;well, they haven't. and there are absolutely no links for me to escalate this with ebay.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to check, have you opened a Return case in the Resolution Centre?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you send the item back with tracked postage?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you enter the tracking into the case details?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have done all that, the option to escalate the case will appear eight full days after you opened the case, timed to the minute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Escalate the case to eBay on day eight/nine if you have not been refunded in the meantime.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;eBay will force a refund if necessary.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tracking showing attempted delivery is enough to force a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;so I have a return request open, it's been open for at least 2 weeks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;when I posted the item approx 2 weeks ago, I didnt actually mark it as posted until halfway through last week&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;do you know when the option to escalate it to the resolution centre happens?</description>

      <description>If you opened a case the option to escalate the case to eBay will not appear until at least eight full days have passed since you opened the case. It should be available after two weeks though.&lt;BR /&gt;If you used ordinary second-class postage, if the package was larger than a Large Letter there will be a 16-digit reference number on the POP.&lt;BR /&gt;It is not true tracking, but eBay do accept it if it shows at least attempted delivery.&lt;BR /&gt;Did you enter tracking of the returned item into the case details?&lt;BR /&gt;If not that may cause a further delay in the option to escalate to appear as you need to prove you sent the item back so add it now.</description>
