I Need to retract a bid and have the sellers permission but dont know how to do it

That is not how to use eba

You should be sure you want the item before bidding

Bidding and retracting wrecks their listing

If you have any problems with that ask the seller to cancel it for you. It's easy for them to do right up to the final minutes.
