    <description>&lt;P&gt;The one claiming&amp;nbsp; it is too expensive,&amp;nbsp; is too old to change,&amp;nbsp; shame,&amp;nbsp; as maybe eBay CS would have removed it,&amp;nbsp; as the price is there for buyers to see and judge whether they wish to pay that or not.&amp;nbsp; Your follow up was good though.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The other neg I'm sure will be removed,&amp;nbsp; if this Covid crisis has banned you from selling to this person's country.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This last month, I have recived 2 negative feedbacks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 1st one, someone has offered their opinion on one of my items without reading the description nor understanding the actual costs to make such an item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nor replied to an after sales message from me saying to pop me a message if they have any problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 2nd was from a person who was unhappy no delivery service could guarentee delivery to their country (middle east) during the covid19 pandemicand was refunded immediately&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These feedbacks look terrible, I have no issues giving refunds or replacements and always been as helful as i can. I find it unfair people can do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anyway of getting these removed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have a problem as you are selling new items and if you are making then you need to be registered as a business&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You say on one feefback that you have sold 600 of those items so definately a business in the eyes of ebay and the tax man&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Too late to do anthing with that one as you are out or time&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you had that other buyers country on your list of countries you seel to then you should not have cancelled unless RM they were on a RM list of restricted countries at the moment&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you just refunded through paypal or without the buyers consent then you may be paying the final value fees&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have cancelled the second sale then there is nothing you can do except ask the buyer to change the feedback&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would have to ask and send a feedback revision request but it seems unlikely they would change it&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I am sorry.&lt;BR /&gt;Just pointing out that if you are a business then you have to be registered as such on ebay&lt;BR /&gt;you have to have your contact details on and you can not have no returns on your listings.&lt;BR /&gt;You may have a problem with the Isopropyl too as only approved business seller are allowed to sell it&lt;BR /&gt;See the green box at the top of most pages Covid-19&lt;BR /&gt;If you make to sell or buy to sell then you are a business and you actually say that on the feedback.&lt;BR /&gt;It may be of benefit too you as at the moment business sellers are offered a £1 promotion&lt;BR /&gt;As said my first post the first feedback it was too late to do anything about&lt;BR /&gt;The last one was the country one on the list of restricted countries due to the corid-19 problem&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
