      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I left neutral feedback for an item where the seller took two weeks to post it (a best offer on a buy-it-now). I chased after the delivery dates had passed and they replied saying a courier had cancelled and that it would go the following Monday, but the parcel wasn't then posted until Friday, five days later. In the mean time I had emailed again to ask for the Hermes tracking number, and received no reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought neutral feedback was fair - even given the current climate, had they communicated properly the feedback would undoubtedly been positive. There's no substitution for an email, and as a longstanding seller I always keep buyers informed to avoid things like this. However, I was checking my feedback left for another reason and noticed that my neutral was no longer there.       <description>And I suppose that because they didn't upload the tracking number, there's no proof that once it was actually posted after 14 days, that postage only took three?! How frustrating!</description>
