&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;You do not need to speak to ebay in any event!&amp;nbsp; If you are the buyer then go to the resolution centre and open a "not as described" case and the seller will - if wise - send you a label through the case.&amp;nbsp; If he does not [and is in UK] then escalate after 8 full days and eBay will take over.&amp;nbsp; They may well simply refund without return.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When you return the seller will refund through the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
