refund not recieved

I have cancelled a sale with a buyer and it shows as the refund has been sent but they have not recieved the money, its been a few days now.

I cant find out what the problem is.

Please help.

REfunds go back to scource

If it was from their paypal account then it should be back quickly

If from a debit card then it can take up to 7 days

If from a credit card it can take up to 30 days to show on their statement
