    <description>Ebay is all programmed. The Computer believes that anything in your Watch List is there because you are interested in purchasing it. So the offers automatically come through. It happens to me, just ignore the Offers. Delete them.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This muct be something new eBay has started doing. If I am selling an item, I look up similar items to see how others are listing. If I watch the item I have now noticed eBay send me a message offering me the item at a reduced price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is completely wrong of eBay to take this approach because I happen to be selling the same item, it makes me think someone is making ME the offer. I have refused to buy an item on this confusing pretext.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
