Hi All

just as a matter of opinion what are your overall thoughts on Ebays 10% charge once a item is sold

it's reasonable value for money, if you compare it to bricks & mortar auction houses it is cheap!

It's what you accepted in the user agreement.

Well it has been in force for a long time and I doubt it will decrease. Compare with an Auction House who may charge 20% or more + VAT + a lotting fee and it is good value.

It is of course optional no one forces you to sell on ebay!!

My overall thought is it's better than the 25% fee charged in my local auction house, and they only served tea which didn't help my shock!

Good value considering there is no fee unless you sell......no advertising fees....plus cheaper than it was when I started buying & selling 22 years ago
