it seems that i do not answer any questions about my items (according to ebay that is) they have now put red boxes on my listings in my ebay stating that i have questions to answer ( which i dont ) and when i do answer a question low and behold yet another red box is there this is getting stupid now

so what i need to know is how to get em removed and stop them being put there

Apart from anything else you should be registered as a business seller and accept returns. It's not very user friendly "not leaving feedback" either. All this does not give a good impression.

Not sure & if you contact eBay you need to be aware you are trading illegally & need to register as a BUSINESS SELLER

you need to use the seller hub

click on 'with questions'

then use the drop down arrow to 'mark as answered'

i do leave feedback for every sale i make, i am not a business also i do not except returns as the items i sell are easy to make yourself so would end up with items that i did not post out 🙂

do you make or buy those items with the sole intention of selling them?

if the answer to this question is 'yes' then you are a business in the eyes of the law and you need a business account on ebay

Business sellers are required to follow all government regulations, including registering as a business on eBay, and providing contact information and a return policy.

An eBay seller must register as a business if, for example, they sell items they have bought to resell, they make items in order to sell them, or if they buy items for their business.
