      <description>I sold an item, courier obtained signature for receipt, purchaser claiming it’s not received, and has left negative feedback. I’ve forwarded photos showing proof of delivery and signature. Purchaser not replying. I have not left feedback for purchaser. What can I do?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you dont forward the tracking to the buyer you add it to the item in your Sold section&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they open a dispute then you make sure the tracking is on there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it shows as Delivered then you will win any dispute&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then contact ebay and ask them to remove the feedback&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As long as you have the tracking on the dispute and item then if the buyer escalates the dispute you will win if the tracking says Delivered&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once that happens then ask ebay to remove the feedback&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is the information and a link&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It is very difficult to contact ebay at all at the moment&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just to add to your original post&lt;BR /&gt;You as a buyer can not leave feedback other than positive so dont leave any&lt;BR /&gt;If you leave a negative comment on a positive dot then it can be removed if the buyer reports it and you would get a black mark on your account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
