    <description>You have done all you can &lt;BR /&gt;It is a mistake I am sure many of us have done sometime in our sellingand a shame some people are so dishonest&lt;BR /&gt;There is nothing you can do to get your item back&lt;BR /&gt;You do need to refund the original buyer they have been very patient&lt;BR /&gt;I would ask them to open a not received dispute or a cancellation &lt;BR /&gt;If a cancellation then you go to More actions to the right of the item and then Cancel order and allow ebay to refund&lt;BR /&gt;You get your ebay fees back but not the paypal fees</description>

      <description>Hi ebayers. A couple weeks ago, I accidentally sent an item I sold to the wrong address. I contacted the seller on the 8th March about the error and asked to send it back to me so I could send it to the right address (I had my senders address on the package). I’ve not had a reply back and not received the item.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help as the buyer has been patiently waiting since the beginning of the month and I need to get the item to them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Fifanas1984</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean you contact the person you sent the item too.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you sent them a pre paid label for the return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you mix up two items or just sent one to the wrong address&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is nothing you can do to force the return&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your buyer should open a not received dispute and you refund in full through the dispute to get your fees back&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You do not get the paypal fees back&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you send them the money to return the item or did you expect them to pay the return costs themselves?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh dear ,&amp;nbsp; there is nothing you can do to enforce that buyer to send you back your item,&amp;nbsp; they may even be in isolation,&amp;nbsp; and not able to repost it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Message the correct buyer of the item the mistake you have made,&amp;nbsp; and would they kindly accept a cancellation request.&amp;nbsp; If they do,&amp;nbsp; then go right of the item sold More Actions &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp; Cancel Order,&amp;nbsp; and select Buyer requests to cancel.&amp;nbsp; This refunds them fully,&amp;nbsp; and refunds your seller fee.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do not refund directrly through Paypal,&amp;nbsp; that makes you pay that fee,&amp;nbsp; and gain a damaging&amp;nbsp; defect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>No. I told them I would cover the costs of postage. I didn’t go into anymore detail than that. I was thinking they’d either pay for the postage and then ask me to cover the cost or, ask me to PayPal them the money.</description>

      <description>You need to arrange the postage label for them to return&lt;BR /&gt;I know you you are saying you would pay the postage but many members have been caught out that way and would not refund the postage&lt;BR /&gt;If it was not addressed to them by name they could have returned it as Not at this address&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are also some members who would not return the items anyway and can not be forced to &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Yeah I did contact the person I sent the wrong item to. I didn’t send a prepaid label. I sent 1 item to them. Could also contact them and ask if they’d accept a cancellation and refund on the order.</description>
