    <description>You say ebay went with you and the buyer seems to indicate that ebay went against them as they say ebay was a disgrace.&lt;BR /&gt;If it did go in your favour then try again with CS.&lt;BR /&gt;If the case closed in your favour then you need to be absolutely clear about it when you phone&lt;BR /&gt;A different CS advisor may remove it.&lt;BR /&gt;No harm in trying</description>

&lt;P&gt;IF Ebay closed a dispute in your favour then ask them to remove the feedback&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you have tracking proving delivered&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At the top of the page under Help and contact then put the nearest into the search box or scroll down the page for phone or cao&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you as a seller have a case closed in your favour and a Buyer leaves a negative feedback then it is usually removeable if you contact Ebay CS.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response. I tried that but the customer services person did not agree that the case had been closed, hence she refused to remove the feedback. So I’m just going to live with it. Was just wondering if it takes 12 months for this to work its way through the system. Anyone looking at my feedback ratings will see that this is an ‘oddball’ and hopefully not hold it against me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>@ redwick1&lt;BR /&gt;Might try again in a while. This case dragged on for ages, it was rather tedious and I invested a lot of time, energy and also money in this matter, much more than the selling price of the item warranted (numerous calls to ebay explaining the matter with the tracking ref. now showing on my telephone bill). The buyer was a menace from the beginning. Perhaps it's best just to cut my losses. Not sure I have the stamina to continue arguing.</description>
