Change Currency.

Hello, i'm from Latvia and here we have an EUR currency, but ebay shows all in USD. Tried to change currency via https://bill.ebay.com/sbc, but ir shows up "You registered your account in a country that won't let you be billed in that currency. Please select a different currency." What should i do to change all to EUR? Thanks!

You may be in Latvia but you have registered on the eBay UK site.....you should be registered on the eBay.com site

I do not believe you can pay in Euros while registered on the UK site

Your Latvia based account is currently registered in the UK and the default currency will remain GBP ££s Sterling ... transfer the account to a Eurozone €€ site or ebay.com ... Some Customer Service input may be required to complete the changes >

Brexit transition period ends December 2020 and you may need to use the .com site from January 2021 onwards.

Need to change Registered COUNTRY (UK) as above ... Changing your Latvia based location Address will NOT do that.
