    <description>I responded straight away with the tracking number, the case is still open which is why I couldnt understand why they would refund yet, item was delivered 3 days ago</description>

      <description>Can anyone tell me what I can do about this, I sold an item, buyer contacted me to say item was not recieved, it was tracked and delivered to them the next day, ebay have refunded the buyer so they got the item and their money back</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only way for a refund to be done in this case,&amp;nbsp; is if the buyer opened a case,&amp;nbsp; and you did not reply in time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You had 8 days to enter that tracking number,&amp;nbsp; if it had proved delivery,&amp;nbsp; it would have closed in your favour.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not doing this,&amp;nbsp; the buyer then escalates to eBay on days 9 - 21 ,&amp;nbsp; they step in and force the refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>In addition to what tressygirl says, you also get a defect and NO refund of the selling fee.

You do not say, but tracking should be added to ebay when you mark as dispatched. In fact if you add tracking it automatically marks as dispatched.</description>

      <description>Tracking was added, parcel is showing as delivered 3 days ago, I replied to the case they opened the same day that they opened it, I have contacted the buyer to ask them to close the case as they have the item but they are ignoring me</description>
