continuous listing until sold

I am wondering allthough I have probably guessed it, when you are selling an item and it reccurs until it is sold.

The amount of watchers!!, after it reccurs for another 30 days. Seems to me the watchers stay from the first listing.

Would that be correct?

If so, when are ebay going to fix it.

The Watchers stay because they are still Watching. It doesn't need Fixing. Some Buyers watch for weeks hoping you will drop the price.

Watchers remain until they decide to remove the item from their watch list, I don't see what the problem is to be honest.

what needs fixing?

a member places an item on their watch list and it stays there until they remove it from their watch list

When an item relists it is given a new item number.......mine reset to zero watchers.....however the watcher is notified it has relisted & they can watch it again

Good Til Cancelled may be different but I never let my items auto relist

good til cancelled listings keep the same item number and the watchers are kept

when you manually relist the item gets a new number and the watchers are cleared
