Sellers can't charge more P&P than listed, as you said his mistake.

You say item has been posted, so nothing he can do to make you pay the extra.

You don't have valid case to return item, why would you anyway, you bought it because you wanted it.

Ebay don't get involved with postage disputes, so no way for seller to make you pay.

Having a problem with a seller who is asking me for some more money towards the postage cost of an item. It seems he didn't put the right cost for postage and he's sent the item but sent me a message asking for the extra cost £2.25.

I have myself in the past got the postage a bit wrong (£1 at most) bu ive kind of just absolved the cost and moved on. Haven't made the mistake again though.

So what do i do. Ive asked for his email for Paypal but as yet he hasn't replied. Do I say "Sling your hook" or something less confrontational? Its his mistake not mine. Or do isend the item back (when i get it) and say "Give me my money back"

Personally i would never do this to a buyer.
