    <description>If you used Packlink did the Tracking Number not automatically autofill into Dispatch?  As long as you can prove Delivery to the Shop you are covered for an Item Not Received Dispute.</description>

      <description>Sent parcel via eBay courier. Parcel delivered to address as specified. Address was a shop that accepts parcels for customers. Shop have denied all knowledge. Am I still responsible for the courier, shop and eBay’s mess</description>
