How does everyone feel about being penalised for late delivery when its down to the royal mail. Also deliveries to Ireland and the Scottish borders and islands, penalised becuase deliveries were late, how can we control that I wonder

Extend your delivery times. You choose the postage method.

Read this, you will need to add tracking when posting items, but ebay only look at when item actually delivered, not when 1st attempted.

I think it totally unfair, if its been despatched on time you shouldnt be penalised there are too many reasons for the delay not the sellers fault,
