It seems to be almost impossible to contact them outside of very narrow paramiters.

The resolution centre is at the bottom of the page for you to use

You do not usually have to contact ebay

You can put your problem here and we can try and help

If you really want to contact then you go to Help and contact at the top of the page and put the nearest to the problem

Resolution Centre should be self explanatory.

Speaking to someone at ebay could be an expensive lesson as the advice given is very often completely wrong. I feel they have no experience of actually using ebay, perhaps staff arn't allowed to, and therefore can only read from their script without understanding it.

If necessary you would do far better asking here, if we cannot help at least we can point you in the right direction.
