&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this the same buyer who bought the item on 2nd December?&amp;nbsp; There does seem to be a glitch with the system concerning messages others are reporting this too.&amp;nbsp; All I can suggest here,&amp;nbsp; is to perhaps switch devices?&amp;nbsp; ebay apps have glitches galore,&amp;nbsp; so if using try switching to a laptop / PC / browser,&amp;nbsp; but not IE see if the message will show as ' successfully sent there'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is a new buyer asking if the item was purchased or still for sale?&amp;nbsp; You would have to relist it for them to buy,&amp;nbsp; you are too late to open an unpaid item case to get your seller fee back,&amp;nbsp; you are allowed 32 days from point of sale to open this case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If Qs &amp;amp; As do not cover something, and the contact us 'phone icon leads nowhere, how might I contact EBay?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An item has not been collected and the Buyer has asked if it is still available. However, a direct reply to that leads to an (message out of date) message and my trying 'Contact Buyer' gets either the (Oops, try later) response or a simple exclamation mark in a circle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated - this is a cement mixer waiting for collection!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for reading this, Derek&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Unless Ebay's problem was fixed just a few moments ago, this suggestion (though I can see it as helpful) didn't work, nor all the usual tips like clearing history and cache and rebooting.&lt;BR /&gt;What seems to have worked was Contacting buyer, ticking Not about an item ... and my message floated off.&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, thank you tressygirl for a very prompt reply.&lt;BR /&gt;BTW, I also searched the internet for 'Ebay error messages' and the one at the top was from rover: "Find great deals on eBay for error messages . Shop with confidence." I wonder what sum their error reporting system would fetch?&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, with best wishes, Derek</description>
