Problems accessing packlink insurance claims forms

I recently sold an Item on Ebay . I used packlink via ebay . I opted for Hermes delivery . Hermes lost the parcel and I am trying to acess the insurance claim form from packlink .

When I try to acess the form via the link , I get a message saying I am not authorised . On checking my packlink profile , I see it has the wrong email address . I tried to edit this , but it doesn't seem to work . consequently I am unable to access the claim form . Catch 22 ! Can anybody tell me what to do ? Thanks .
