    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you did not generate a Returns Label through the Case but just Refunded your Buyer before they had Returned the Item there is not much you can do other than offer the Postage for them to Return it to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I received my first return request from a buyer stated item was not as described when I actually DID describe clearly regarding label sizing being different from actual fit of trousers.&lt;BR /&gt;eBay only sent me a REFUND message &amp;amp; did not explain the steps clearly on what I should do so I felt compelled to refund this buyer. Now I regret it and have lost the money and item.&lt;BR /&gt;Well why would the buyer return the item back now that they have received a full refund &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; Feeling very let down by EBay and it’s out me right off from ever selling again</description>
