    <description>They haven't ,  but if they have booted off a seller ,  they don't do this lightly,  the seller broke their selling regulations somehow.  Payng with Paypal you have their protection too,  and that is where you need to turn to now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On opening  a case with them ,  enter that eBay have removed the seller from their site,  do not be forced to return to eBay,  and do not foget to escalate.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought an item and it was never posted, the seller then closed their account and email. As i couldn't contact them ebay just closed my case offering me no help whatsoever. I always thoght we could rely on then to sort out this sort of problem, now they don't seem to care.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you paid using pay pal then open a case with them in your pay pal account reporting item not received,escalating to a claim asap and within 20 days for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;
